Adaxio Experience Gastour
Adaxio Experience organizes guided gastronomic tours with Environmental Hiking Guides along the trails of the Forts of Genoa, the Portofino Park, the Colombian Historical Itinerary and the Cinque Terre Park, city parks and historic Genoese villas, visits to historic shops in the "caruggi" (narrow streets) or with personalized themes.
The tour packages also include an "Adaxio Experience bag" containing selected Km0 products and offer tasting stops at businesses in the historic center.
In addition to city tours, you can also book the "TASTE TRAIN," a new formula that includes a trip from the city center to the hinterland, starting from the Manin station and heading towards Sant'Olcese along the historic Casella train line.
We will give each participant an aperitif box with selected Km0 products, including Slow Food products.
We will arrive in Sant'Olcese where you can visit the Sant'Olcese salami museum and meet the producers who have been carrying on the tradition of the Genoese salami par excellence for five generations.
After a salami tasting, we will leave again by train in the direction of the Campi station, where a bar has been set up and where we will make a tasting stop of "mostardella" from the Val Polcevera. A short distance away, we will have another tasting with baked lasagna with ragù at a mountain hut, created near the railway.
We will leave again in the direction of Manin, and this time it will be possible to enjoy the typical Torriglia dessert, "canestrelli," included in the Adaxio Experience bag.

Ca' Lvnae: A Guided Tour
We will introduce you to the history and traditions of our reality as producers and cultivators in the splendid setting of the Colli di Luni. During your visit, you will discover:

Booking:
Visits are made by reservation during the opening hours of the Cellars, from Monday to Saturday from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 19.30. Normally, for the best conduct of the visit, we suggest an arrival no later than 10:30 in the morning and no later than 16:30 in the afternoon.
